Feel ALL Your Fear
And feel into, around, and directly through all your fear-made βcontentβ.
Let the content be whatever it is, let it do whatever it does.
Gently, firmly, keep your attention calmly on your inward sensing of chronic fear.
Relax into itβ¦
The content – your reasons for the fear – are not the fear.
So, just simply feel the underlying fear.
Feel itβ¦
There in the softness of your perineum.
Deep in your belly.
Within your solar plexus.
Your heart and throat.
In your brain.
And anywhere else you feel it…
The content – all the thoughts, imagination, and negativity might be seemingly complex, but the fear is simple.
The more fully you feel this chronic fear, aside from all the content, the more the fear relaxes, dissolves.
On the other side of all that content, and on the other side of the fear, is a feeling closer to what and who you are… your broader, deeper awareness – completely free from chronic fear.
We learn fear from each other, adapt to it, accepting all the supposed reasons for it.
But truly, we are not afraid.
Not really.
Fear is not what, or who, we are.
Fear is something we do!
It is an activity.
Which masks our true nature.
This chronic fear that can seem to crush us, is an activity that we are habitually doing – contracting in feeling, reinforcing our sense of separateness.
But all of that is actually a lie.
It is not really true.
And it is certainly not the Truth!
So, just feel the fear, look at it directly, observe it, become familiarΒ with it, donβt resist it.
Notice how it affects your quality, and shape, of being.
B-r-e-a-t-h-eβ¦.
Feel through all the fear – at first a little, then more.
Until fearing no more becomes naturally spontaneous.
And then, just be happy.
REALLY HAPPY!
